Francesco Vizioli is the Founder of Otharis, born from the need to build a personal system that could bring together finance, analysis, technology and decision-making in one place. Passionate about financial markets, he began his journey through equity investing before moving into Forex, futures and leveraged trading, studying approaches such as ICT Concepts and Smart Money alongside the thinking of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. His path sits at the intersection of finance and technology, driven by a next-generation builder's vision: building tools that put technology in service of people — their ability to understand, and to decide.

Renzo Vespoli is Co-Founder of Otharis, with a strong passion for macroeconomics, bonds and financial markets. His path began with studying Benjamin Graham's The Intelligent Investor, which profoundly shaped his approach to value and risk management. After going deeper into leveraged Forex and futures trading, he developed an increasingly broad view of markets, focusing on the dynamics between interest rates, inflation, monetary policy and the economic cycle. Within Otharis, he brings a long-term perspective and a focus on understanding the forces that drive the economic system, combining macro analysis with the study of ICT Concepts and Smart Money.

People who want structured, disclosed analysis instead of guesswork. Otharis is a research and analysis platform, not a broker, bank or financial advisor, and does not provide personalized financial advice.
What markets does Otharis cover?
Thousands of real tracked stocks, ETFs, crypto, forex, futures and commodities.
How do Value and Growth analysis work?
Value is a Benjamin Graham-style scoring engine across 7 equally-weighted categories: Financial Strength, Stability, Growth, Valuation, Deep Value, Size and Quality. Growth scores across 7 categories: Momentum, Revenue & Earnings Growth, Profitability & Margins, Reinvestment, Analyst Sentiment, Risk & Dilution, and Market Stage.
Are Otharis scores generated by AI?
No. Value and Growth scores come from a deterministic, disclosed scoring methodology — the same rules, applied the same way, to every company, never a black box. Otharis Research reports are generated the same way: a structured, rule-based synthesis grounded in real data, not an AI model — every line stays grounded in real data and is explicitly labeled by type.
Where does Otharis get its data?
From real, licensed market-data providers and public regulatory filings — never estimated or fabricated. A missing input shows as "not evaluated," never a guessed number.
What's the difference between Basic, Plus and Pro?
Basic is free with usage limits. Plus unlocks full Value & Growth scoring, higher usage limits, data export and Pro chart tools. Pro adds unlimited usage and is completely free from commercial advertising. Real prices are always shown on the Pricing section — nothing hidden until checkout.
How does Otharis Research work?
Every report is a real, structured analysis — executive summary, financials, valuation, risk and synthesis — with every line labeled FACT, MODEL OUTPUT, ASSUMPTION or ESTIMATE, so you always know what's a real number and what's inferred.
How does billing work?
You choose Monthly or Annual billing for Plus or Pro; the exact price is always shown before checkout. Payment is handled by a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider acting as Merchant of Record — Otharis never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — manage or cancel anytime from your account's billing section, through our payment provider's own secure customer portal.
Does Otharis provide investment advice?
No. Otharis structures real data into clearer analysis — it never tells you what to buy and never promises a return. Otharis platform content is for educational and research purposes only.
Is there an Otharis app?
Yes. Otharis installs from your browser on phones, tablets and computers — no app store needed. Use “Download the app” on this page, or on iPhone open Otharis in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Choose your phone to see what to check:
- Open Otharis from its Home Screen icon: on iPhone, notifications only work for the app added to the Home Screen (Safari, Share, Add to Home Screen; iOS 16.4 or later).
- In Otharis, open Settings, Notifications and tap Turn on notifications, then allow them.
- In the iPhone Settings, Notifications, Otharis: turn on Allow Notifications, with Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners.
- Turn off Focus modes such as Sleep or Do Not Disturb (Control Center), or allow Otharis in them; also check Scheduled Summary.
- Back in Otharis, Settings, Notifications: send a test notification.
- In Otharis, open Settings, Notifications and tap Turn on notifications, then allow them when Chrome asks.
- In the phone Settings, Apps, Chrome, Notifications: turn notifications on, including the Sites category.
- In Chrome, menu, Settings, Site settings, Notifications: otharis.com must be Allowed.
- Turn off Do Not Disturb, or allow Chrome in it.
- Battery saver can delay notifications: in Settings, Apps, Chrome, Battery choose Unrestricted.
- Back in Otharis, Settings, Notifications: send a test notification.
